Minor changes from 5.4 --> 5.4.2:

Updated the Method_Name and Method_Effectiveness elements (in Detection_Method) to support information related to the SOAR report.

Updated the Mapped_Taxonomy_Name attribute in the Taxonomy_Mapping element to support information related to Software Fault Patterns.
