Schema Differences between Version 6.2 and Version 6.3

Version 6.2 Schema File: cwe_schema_v6.2.xsd -> Version 6.3 Schema File: cwe_schema_v6.3.xsd

Minor changes from 6.2 --> 6.3:

Submission element is now required.

Submission_Date is now required.

Submission_Name and/or Submission_Organization is now required.

View/Members and Category/Relationships must now contain at least one child Member_Of or Has_Member element.

Created new MemberType to abstract the same structure contained within Member_Of and Has_Member elements.

Minor documentation updates to reflect the new required status of the elements listed above.
