Schema Differences between Version 6.4 and Version 6.5

Version 6.4 Schema File: cwe_schema_v6.4.xsd -> Version 6.5 Schema File: cwe_schema_v6.5.xsd

Major changes from 6.4 --> 6.5:

Made the Content_History element required on all top level elements (Views, Categories, and Weaknesses).

Minor changes from 6.4 --> 6.5:

Added "Rust" to the LanguageNameEnumeration, which is used in the Applicable_Platform and Demonstrative_Example elements in Weaknesses.
