Schema Differences between Version 6.7 and Version 6.8

Version 6.7 Schema File: cwe_schema_v6.7.xsd -> Version 6.8 Schema File: cwe_schema_v6.8.xsd

Minor changes from 6.7 --> 6.8:

Added new entries to the TechnologyNameEnumeration to mirror existing entries, but with "Hardware" added. Added annotation to previous entries noting their deprecation.
