Major Changes from 4.3 -> 4.4

Detection_Factors have been changed to Detection_Methods since this field is generally being used to discuss how the weakness can be found. A Method_Effectiveness_Notes subfield was added to discuss the strengths and limitations of a particular Detection_Method. The field was also moved in the schema to be located after consequences so that it would be closer to related fields.

In Potential_Mitigations, Mitigation_Strategy has now become an enumeration, and a Mitigation_Effectiveness subfield has been added to discuss the strengths and limitations of a particular mitigation.
